Mr. Big

Mr. Big formed in Los Angeles in 1988: singer Eric Martin, guitarist Paul Gilbert, bassist Billy Sheehan and drummer Pat Torpey. Alongside virtuoso hard rock, they scored a worldwide hit in the early nineties with the ballad “To Be with You”, which reached number one in 15 countries. They remain stars in Japan to this day. After Torpey’s death in 2018, they said goodbye with the album “Ten” (2024) and “The BIG Finish” tour, playing their final shows in Tokyo in February 2025.
